Nagconvene na ang 12th Council para sa inaugural session sa Sangguniang Panglungsod session hall sa Bacolod City Government Center, Bacolod City kahapon sang hapon.
Ini ang ginabug-usan nanday Vice Mayor Claudio Jesus “Kalaw” Puentevella, 12 ka mga konsehal, isa nga presidente sang Sangguniang Kabataan kag isa man ka presidente sang Liga ng mga Barangay.
Ginsuguran ang session sa pag-set sang internal rules kag pagkatapos sini ginsuguran ang pagpili sang floor leader sa 12th Council.
Gin-nominate ni Councilor Jude Thadeus Sayson si Councilor Al Victor Espino bilang floor leader.
Kun madumduman sang tinalikdan nga 11th Council si Councilor Espino man ang nangin floor leader.
Matapos ang pagnominate sang floor leader gin-propose naman ang Chairmanship sa nagkalain-lain nga komitiba.
Sang 11th Council may yara lang sang 29 committees apang sa karun nga 12th Council may yara na sang 33 committees matapos gindugangan sang apat ka mga komitiba.
